On 9 May 2019, in conjunction with our new partner, Ban Vien is proud to host the inaugural BV Tech Talks event with the participation of Mr Weishan Li – Chairman of Thundersoft Automotive Group and our 50+ Automotive engineers.

Imagine in the early 1990s, when you did not have GPS systems guiding your every turn and could not connect your phone to your car and play your favourite playlist; or have Adaptive Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) help you to park the car or avoid a collision.  In-Vehicle Infotainment (IVI) systems have come a long way in the past 20 odd years and we can only hope they mirror Moore’s Law for development and increased functionality in the coming years.

On 9 May 2019, in conjunction with our new partner, Ban Vien is proud to host the inaugural BV Tech Talks event with the participation of Mr Weishan Li – Chairman of Thundersoft Automotive Group and our 50+ Automotive engineers.

The topic of this event is Thundersoft IVI Solution, we shared the Infotainment system solution based on Android OS solution and the demo on real integration with Renesas R-CAR E2.

Thanks to the comprehensive information about Thundersoft Android-based IVI and Integrated Cockpit solution from Mr Weishan, we learned more about what future projects combining both Ban Vien and Thundersoft skillsets in the Automotive sector might entail.
