PAID HOLIDAYS AND VACATION (ANNUAL LEAVE)

We offer many programs such as paid holidays, sabbaticals, and flextime to support your mind and body. The vacation days is paid out to you at the end of each fiscal year, or is accumalated for three years that you will enjoy a long holiday.

Our staffs are working in the company with full care of insurance. They will feel safe and heathy with our insurance provided.

You are interested in inspiring teamwork through teambuilding activities. It’s important to determine and focus on the objectives and goals for building an effective team and not lose sight of the over-arching “purpose” of where the team needs to be.

INTERNAL TRAINING

You will earn new skills through many on-the-job trainings, coaching, mentoring or in-house courses. The purpose of internal training is to create self-motivated, skillful and effective workforce to achieve the company goals.

GENERAL COVERAGE

- 13th Salary month will be guaranted.
- Performance-based bonus: It will be about 1 - 6 months base salary and vary by role and line of business
